A Pilot Study to Examine the Effects of a Workplace Cyberbullying Cognitive Rehearsal Mobile Learning Program for Head Nurses: A Quasi-Experimental Study

This study aimed to (1) develop a version of the cognitive rehearsal program that is suitable for cyberbullying and (2) apply m-learning method evaluate its effectiveness among head nurses. was conducted in July 2021 comprised 69 South Korean university hospital It evaluated using nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. The developed Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) step process, consisting 10 scenarios. Variables with proven reliability were used effect measurement. differences between experimental groups examined an independent t-test (perception) or Mann–Whitney U test (symptom experience, knowledge, turnover intention). positively affected improved nurses’ knowledge perception workplace cyberbullying; however, it elevated their symptom experience had no immediate impact on intention. could be applied as valuable educational strategy nursing field. Head nurses act intermediaries individuals organization. Therefore, they must respond in-depth perceptions fulfill responsibilities identifying, mediating, managing team members.
